This crazy cool bright blue that is so opaque you could use 1 coat! We personally prefer 2 coats to ensure it has the full 3 weeks of wear and the gorgeous blue really pops. The opaque formula is perfect for nail art too. Looks great with our FBL No Wipe Top Coat or Matte Top Coat.
